We are governed by a 20-member board of directors elected by our Professional Members.  In the fall of each year, the Nominating Committee solicits nominations from the membership for consideration to fill upcoming board vacancies.

The board meets every-other month, usually at the Ohio Chamber's headquarters in Columbus where our office is located.

In addition to these meetings, every September the board conducts a 2-day Planning Retreat to develop our business plan - Program of Works - based on surveys and suggestions from our members.  The organization and implementation of the business plan is done thorugh Program of Works "Divisions".
