These half-day symposiums are conducted in 5 or 6 locations around the state in November/December.  Designed for chamber executives and their volunteer board leaders, some of the topics covered include the role of the board of directors and chamber staff and how to strengthen this relationship, how to maximize your chamber’s effectiveness and relevancy, ethics, confidentiality, conflict of interest, etc.
